When you arrive
- On arrival introduce yourself to someone at the front desk. We are happy to help you.
- We will show you around the space—including the changing rooms, bathrooms, lockers, the spin and the yoga studio (no shoes in the yoga studio)
- We will help you to set up your bike, check you have signed the online rider waiver, health form etc – please inform us if any information has changed, and anything else you may need for your ride.

What you wear
Any workout gear that makes you feel good. We do recommend a sports bra/top and form fitting leggings or shorts that stay out of the way of moving pedals. For our rides you’ll need cycling shoes that are SPD clip compatible for the class. But you don’t have to worry about them because you can always rent them at the studio for £3. But if you prefer to bring your own, do it!
If you’re in the market for some cool new sets, check out our shop.
What you can expect

The ride
Our classes feel a lot like a dance party—dark in-studio. It’s loud, its sweaty and its fun.
What you leave on the bike what you take with you
So people, this is it – are you ready to be obsessed?
Now, a final word.. when you come to ride with us, remember this is a full experience, it’s a treat, something you will want to come back to again and again… why? Because you will leave whatever weighs you down on the bike, and walk out feeling grounded, exhilarated, and inspired.
Lets go.
