MORE THAN AN INDOOR CYCLING CLASS CLASS – No matter where you are at, from complete beginner to an experienced rider you will ALL be fully supported and challenged by the best instructors in the business.
1.

When you arrive

Arriving 15 minutes before your class starts is key to having the best experience. Trust. A rushed set-up is no fun. And if you arrive after the class has already started, we will not be able to accommodate you.

  • On arrival introduce yourself to someone at the front desk. We are happy to help you.
  • We will show you around the space—including the changing rooms, bathrooms, lockers, the spin and the yoga studio (no shoes in the yoga studio)
  • We will help you to set up your bike, check you have signed the online rider waiver, health form etc – please inform us if any information has changed, and anything else you may need for your ride.
2.

What you wear

Be ready to get sweaty!

Any workout gear that makes you feel good. We do recommend a sports bra/top and form fitting leggings or shorts that stay out of the way of moving pedals. For our rides you’ll need cycling shoes that are SPD clip compatible for the class. But you don’t have to worry about them because you can always rent them at the studio for £3. But if you prefer to bring your own, do it!

If you’re in the market for some cool new sets, check out our shop.

3.

What you can expect

We ride to the beat of the music – we use our top of the range sound system to create a musical experience that you will want to stay on beat to—but feel free to sit down, take a break, chill out whenever you want to. Always remember this is your ride, there are no judgments only encouragements.
4.

The ride

Our class begins with a warm-up breathwork and intention setting, then we move on to climbs and sprints, refocus with a weight series, chase one final cardio push, and end with a restorative stretch.

Our classes feel a lot like a dance party—dark in-studio. It’s loud, its sweaty and its fun.

What you leave on the bike what you take with you

So people, this is it – are you ready to be obsessed?

Now, a final word.. when you come to ride with us, remember this is a full experience, it’s a treat, something you will want to come back to again and again… why? Because you will leave whatever weighs you down on the bike, and walk out feeling grounded, exhilarated, and inspired.

Lets go.

Our bikes are designed to be clipped into, and we have custom shoes available at the studio to hire for £3. If you have your own, feel free to bring them!
3.

What to wear

Come as you are in your favourite workout clothes: shorts or leggings with a tank or t- shirt — remember to wear socks! We do have socks available to purchase if you do forget.
4.

Arrive early

Get to the studio 15 minutes before class and let the front desk know it’s your first time. They’ll give you a tour and help you to set up your bike.

The distance between the front of saddle and the handlebar knob should equal the length of your forearm plus the width of 3 fingers.
3.

Handlebar depth

Our new bikes allow you to adjust the handlebars depth to a fit that feels best during your upper body choreography.
4.

Handlebar height

The bottom of the handlebars should be the same height, or higher than, the top of the saddle.
5.

Seat height

Bring the top of the saddle to hip bone height.
